Wine estate Le Château de Chausse

Château de Chausse welcomes you to a perfect Provencal setting and an exceptional natural environment. On the rounded hills of Croix-Valmer and Gassin, the vineyard, which has been organically farmed since 2015, extends over 15 hectares.

La Ferme des Lices

Our 8 ha biodynamically farmed vineyard produces Côtes de Provence Blanc, Rouge, Rosé, as well as a number of confidential cuvées.

Château Barbeyrolles

Château Barbeyrolles produces whites, rosés and reds in organic farming. Régine Sumeire runs this estate, the third generation of a family of passionate winegrowers who acquired Barbeyrolles in 1977.

In 2001, Patrick and Encarnacion purchased the company and are now its owners. The couple and their two kids, Thibaut and Guillaume, are self-taught and give their all to their profession. For them, cultivating wine is a passion rather than just a job.

An 8-hectare vineyard called Le Clos de Sainte Maxime is situated close to the town centre. We cordially invite you to sample our fine wines and have a memorable experience.
A FAMILY PASSION
Martine and Jean-Luc Roché, who have had a second home in Sainte-Maxime for 15 years, acquired this vineyard to continue the family passion.
Their daughter and son-in-law, Alexandra and Nicolas Robin, are based in the Bordeaux region and own around 50 hectares of vines.
