At Le Beauvallon Sur Mer, the cuisine celebrates a subtle blend of Mediterranean tradition and Asian inspiration, in an atmosphere that is both elegant and relaxed. The menu, designed to be shared and discovered, opens with playful starters served on a Lazy Susan: from Riviera classics like grilled octopus or pissaladière, to Asian-inspired creations like dim sum or delicate sushi.

The essence of the experience lies in the dishes cooked over a wood fire: local fish is roasted whole on the stone of a pizza oven, topped with bold sauces from South-East Asia or a more traditional Niçoise vinaigrette. Smoked and grilled meats revisit the barbecue with refinement, while signature dishes and refreshing desserts - iced mochi and a new twist on the Tropezienne - round off a menu that is cosmopolitan, generous and rooted in the local area.
