Domaine du Val de Gilly

Since its creation 130 years ago, the Val de Gilly has never stopped evolving to impose itself today among the good vineyards of the Gulf... Only one thing has not changed over time: the Castellan family always watches over the place. Managed today by "the fifth and the sixth generation", this magnificent vineyard extends over 27 hectares of hillsides, classified A.O.C. Côtes de Provence.

WINES
* Cuvée Marion Rosé - Côtes de Provence.
Pale color with salmon reflections, very fruity nose, with an exotic dominant of bananas and pineapple.
In the mouth, notes of spices and pepper, beautiful finesse, freshness and persistence.

* Cuvée Alexandre Castellan Red - A.O.C Côtes de Provence
The subtle combination of the oak barrel and the dominant Syrah gives it peppery and spicy notes, the Grenache gives it fat and suppleness, and finally the Cabernet-Sauvignon adds a full and robust side. Full of reserve and future. Put in a carafe before tasting, it will release its aromas.

The domain is accessible, on one level, with large car parks for parking vehicles, and the cellar is accessible to disabled people for tastings. Toilets adapted for PRM. No steps.
