Breathing-based practice, dynamic and static postural and counter-postural, oriented towards stretching and toning muscles, balancing energies, then letting go in times of relaxation, in order to create the link between body and mind and a return to the Self.

I've been practising yoga since the 90s!
I've been teaching Viniyoga since 2004, Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga since 2022.
I have been practicing Dr. de Gasquet's A.P.O.R. Method (Approche Posturo Respiratoire) since 2013.
I work independently or as a salaried employee, in yoga studios or gyms, at home, in companies, in various hotel establishments, and at the Clinique de Santé Mentale de Cogolin since 2006.
- Viniyoga teacher, certified by the F.N.E.Y. (680h.) (Fédération Nationale des Enseignants de Yoga). Teacher recognized by the Fédération Yoga Suisse. Federations approved by the U.E.Y. (European Yoga Union).
