Lagree is a complete and intense training method, straight from Los Angeles.
All year round from Monday to Saturday between 8 am and 8 pm.
It is a low-impact but high-intensity fitness practice, performed on a machine called a Microformer, combining strength training, cardio, endurance, balance, and flexibility, with very low impact on the joints, which minimizes the risk of injury.
- Burns a maximum number of calories (600–800 per 50-minute session) thanks to intensity, prolonged muscle work, and continuous muscle tension.
