Indoor physical training, cardio training (restricted access – premises under video surveillance).
No coach, no teacher.
Opening: 7 days a week, from 8am to 9.30pm.

Opening : Open all year round.

Registration by post from 1 January. No daily registration.
Use of equipment and materials is entirely at the user's own risk.
Badges must be worn, and sportswear and towels are compulsory.
Prices: €85 for residents of Cavalaire, La Croix-Valmer and Le Rayol and €170 for residents of other municipalities, regardless of the date of registration per year, €55 for seasonal workers in Cavalaire, Le Rayol and La Croix-Valmer (with employment contract).
Pass €20/week, €55/month.

Medical certificate required for minors (minimum age 16): fitness for weight training and cardio training dated within the current year + parental authorisation.
For adults: medical discharge form.
Document available on site with information sheet to be completed and signed, to be attached to the registration file.
