Physical fitness in sports hall, cardio-training (restricted access). No coach.
Opening: Winter: from 8am to 8.30pm, 7 days a week.
In Summer : from 8am to 9.30pm. Registration by post from 1 January. No registration for the day.
Use of the equipment and materials is at the user's own risk.
No teacher. Badges must be worn, sportswear and towels must be worn.
Rates: 80 € for the communes of Cavalaire, La Croix-Valmer and Le Rayol and 160 € for other communes whatever the date of registration per year, 80 € for seasonal workers in the communes of Cavalaire, Le Rayol and La Croix-Valmer. Passage 15 € per week, 60 € per month.
Compulsory medical certificate: fitness for weight training and cardio-training dated the current year + proof of residence (Water bill - EDF...). Minimum age 16 years with parental authorisation.
