Sainte-Maxime
The "fight against drowning" is promoted by the Club de Natation & Triathlon de Sainte-Maxime (Swimming, Cycling, Running), which provides summer activities overseen by trained personnel. Among these activities are SWIMMING lessons for persons at home and at sea.

We also provide road cycling, gravelling, jogging, and trail coaching for people looking to explore the Massif des Maures, its villages, and the surrounding area during the summer.

Furthermore, we provide adults with a Saturday session of "Longe Côte" (walking in the water) at La Nartelle beach from 8.30am to 10am as part of the "SPORT SANTE" (HEALTHY SPORT) programme. (Departure from the Poste de Secours and the Centre Animations Jeunesse).

Regular training sessions are held from September to June on the Var roads for cycling, the Bosquettes stadium for athletics, and the Aqualand indoor swimming pool for swimming.
