Sainte-Maxime
The Beaucas family estate embodies the knowledge of traditional, sustainable viticulture and is tucked away in the picturesque heart of Provence, offering stunning views of the Mediterranean and the Golfe de Saint-Tropez.
A FAMILY MATTER
In 2001, Patrick and Encarnacion purchased the property. Guillaume and Thibaut, the self-taught couple's two kids, have committed themselves to their job. Harvesting is more than just a job to them; it's a passion.
Traditional Culture with Environmental Consideration
The Beaucas estate's location on the hills of a terroir made up of schist, clay, and sand provides exceptional climatic conditions.
Because of the water's close proximity, the sea breeze helps to keep the summer heat at bay and the winter's biting cold at bay. The sun rules supremely.
The vines solely produce Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, and Mourvèdre for the reds and rosés, and Rolle and Sémillon for the white wines. All production is classified as A.O.P. Côtes de Provence.
"VITICULTURE IS A PASSION FOR THEM, NOT JUST A PROFESSION."
Each cluster of grapes is hand-picked during the harvest process. The cellar is set up to utilise the best winemaking techniques (grape cooling, pneumatic press, thermo-regulated stainless steel vats, etc.) under the knowledgeable guidance of an oenologist.
