A family business passed down through the generations, Géo has been delighting the taste buds of gourmets in Sainte-Maxime since 1946, either on the Simon-Lorière promenade or at the factory located at 16 Rue Théodore-Blanc.
Since 2018, Jérémy Risso, Géo's grandson, has been crafting each sorbet and ice cream with meticulously chosen ingredients that bring out the natural flavours. The rich and varied menu features timeless classics as well as more daring creations, such as fresh mint ice cream and mandarin sorbet, which are appreciated for their intensity and freshness.
