Charles Pierrugues

In 1920, Fortuné Pierrugues opened a fine pastry shop on the waterfront in Sainte-Maxime. This expertise has been passed down from generation to generation, and each generation has safeguarded the secret recipe while honoring tradition.

Today, Charles and his wife Sandra represent the third generation of these creators of pleasure and indulgence, with specialties including: white nougat made with Provençal almonds and lavender honey, house-made candied orange peel, a collection of chocolates with no added sugar, and the house specialty: “La Maximoise.”
