Elodie Huertas founded the centre, which provides a range of classes such as yoga, pilates, Bollywood dance, holistic dance, qi gong, tai chi chuan, meditation, kirtan performances, and more.

Among the many yoga sessions offered in groups are Vinyasa Flow, Hatha Yoga, Tai Chi Chuan, Meditation, Qi Gong, Martial Arts, and relaxation.
