The Help Relationship

The helping relationship is aimed at customers wishing to undertake or complete personal work to achieve goals they have set for themselves mentally, physically or emotionally.

The work techniques proposed make it possible to identify internal blockages linked to emotions that generate stress, discomfort or illness. Learning to make a connection between the mental, physical, and emotional bodies allows you to become step by step the creator of your life, and to feel good with yourself, and with others.

This work is for anyone who wants to take their life in their own hands to turn every situation into an opportunity through observation, acceptance and responsibility. The workshops as well as the private consultations are open to all without pre-requisites or distinction of religion, belief or gender.
The goal is to bring you back to the basics, which is who you really are. You will discover your ability to communicate clearly in a caring space.
