Mathieu Coaching

Health and fitness coach and physical trainer with a BPJEPS AGFF state certification, nutrition coach (currently pursuing a BTS in Dietetics and Nutrition) as well as a gymnastics coach for over 10 years (from baby gym to senior gymnastics), and a former elite gymnast.

After an “introductory session” where we’ll work together to develop a program tailored to your goals (weight loss, fitness maintenance, muscle gain, low-impact exercise, post-injury recovery, pregnancy, or physical conditioning…), and a comprehensive metabolic and anatomical assessment, Mathieu will offer you customized and varied training sessions. No matter how challenging your goal may be, together we’ll get there! Keep in mind: sessions are available one-on-one, in pairs, or in groups!

Mathieu holds an additional certification in prescription-based health and fitness: AMAP (Activity and Maintenance of Personal Autonomy), which allows him to provide exercise programs prescribed or recommended by a healthcare professional for anyone with a chronic condition (cancer, diabetes, multiple sclerosis, obesity, etc.).

Mathieu also provides pressotherapy at home:
Pressotherapy is an innovative treatment technique that stimulates blood and lymphatic circulation using gentle air pressure. It helps reduce heavy legs and water retention, promotes the elimination of toxins, and improves blood circulation. Ideal for those looking to firm the skin, relieve muscle fatigue, or improve lymphatic drainage, it’s a great way to feel lighter and in better shape. A moment of relaxation that revitalizes both body and mind!
