La Garde-Freinet
Through its traditions, its history, its natural environment and the relationships that man has woven with the resources of this territory, this museum offers you several exhibitions to discover, marvel at and respect the Maures massif. A permanent exhibition on the archaeological site of Fort Freinet and exhibitions on the traditions of the Maures:
- sericulture or silkworm breeding
- the cork oak and its bark
- chestnuts and chestnut trees
Numerous photographs, machines and videos illustrate what is being said.

Closed exceptionally on January 1st, Easter Monday, Feast of the Ascension, Whit Monday, May 1st, May 8th, July 14th, August 15th, November 1st, November 11th and December 25th.
