This cemetery, built below the Citadelle in the late 18th century, faces the sea and offers an unrivalled view of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez and the Baie des Canebiers.

Surrounded by hydrangeas, tamarisks and canisses, you can stroll between the graves of celebrities past and present:

That of a Hindu princess, Bannou Pan Deï, wife of General Allard, who served King Singh and lived in Saint-Tropez until 1884. Her husband, who had returned to India, was buried in Lahore (Pakistan).

Blandine Liszt, daughter of Franz Liszt and wife of Émile Ollivier.
