The "Maurin des Maures" restaurant is a gourmet stopover with a panoramic view of the Bay of Rayol, the islands of Levant, Port-Cros and the islet of Bagaud, while enjoying Mediterranean cuisine. This is a perfect address for families, friends, business lunches or a simple, bistro-style snack.
The Maurin des Maures, "the must" restaurant in this little paradise of Rayol Canadel, is located between Le Lavandou and Cavalaire. DELMONTE André and his team welcome you in a friendly family atmosphere.
The frame is placed by the wayside, but as soon as you are seated, the view that opens onto the big blue is an introduction to dishes prepared with products from surrounding soils, cooked in the morning to be served, still influenced by the august gesture of sinners, market gardeners and other goatherds.
When time permits it, we must enjoy the most typical dishes where fish, shellfish and other Provencal recipes have kept the content of an authentic message, transmit the Mediterranean passion , for the pleasure of the eyes and taste.
