Imagined by Eric Canino, chef of the La Voile starred restaurant La Réserve Ramatuelle, with the complicity of the head of the Reserve at the beach, Nicolas Cantrel, the menu celebrates a Mediterranean cuisine of sharing and freshness, generous and fragrant.
Thanks to the wood-fired barbecue, beautiful pieces of meat and grilled fish of the day's catch are in the spotlight, accompanied by fresh vegetables flavored with local aromatic herbs, some of which come from the kitchen garden of the hotel.
