Created by Eric Canino, chef of La Réserve Ramatuelle's Michelin-starred La Voile restaurant, in collaboration with Nicolas Cantrel, chef of La Réserve à la plage, the menu celebrates fresh, generous and fragrant Mediterranean cuisine.
Thanks to the wood-fired barbecue, fine cuts of meat and grilled fish from the day's catch are given pride of place, accompanied by fresh vegetables scented with local aromatic herbs, some from the hotel's kitchen garden.
