Intransigent on traceability, the traditional buckwheat flour is certified IGP de Bretagne, guaranteed gluten-free, ground on a stone millstone and refined on a "soder" from 1920!

The eggs are organic.
In order to preserve the authenticity of the flavours, no machine is used to prepare the dough, everything is done by hand.
