Every fortnight from 29 April, on Wednesdays from 5pm to 6pm, come and discover aerial yoga with Peggy, a practice that is both fun and profound, combining postures, stretching and relaxation while suspended in the air.

Thanks to the hammock, the body is freed from tension, the spine is decompressed, and you can explore postures in a different way, with a feeling of confidence and well-being. A unique experience to strengthen, stretch, and soothe the body... while treating yourself to a moment out of time.
