- 9:30 am: Donkeys collecting garbage
Visit to the donkey farm, followed by an explanation and observation of the donkeys collecting waste on the beach.
Chemin des prés, on-site parking
- 11am: Discovery of beach ecosystems
An agent from the Conservatoire d'Espaces Naturels de Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur will give a one-hour talk on the ecosystems of the beach and the importance of preserving the dune belt.

*At the Moulin de Paillas :
- 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.: Free continuous tour of the mill.

*On the terraces opposite the Théâtre de Verdure:
- 2pm to 5pm
