In this winemaking family since 1836, traditional expertise is passionately perpetuated today in the hands of Sylvaine and Guy Sauron. Committed to the heritage of their ancestors, they prioritize meticulous work, respect for the terroir and the environment, and are committed to a sustainable approach. The estate, certified High Environmental Value (HVE), thus embodies a model of excellence, combining respect for nature and ancestral know-how.
