Exhibition: "The Playmobil Imaginary Museum"

A photographer and filmmaker with a passion for art, history, and cinema, Richard Unglik reimagines masterpieces from art history by recreating them with Playmobil figures.

Behind these unexpected results lies meticulous and precise work. The artist first recreates the chosen work as a model, then photographs the figures in small groups before assembling the shots and adding backgrounds and stylistic effects using specialized software.

The 14 works on display span the Italian Renaissance, 16th- and 17th-century Dutch painting, 19th-century French art, the Spanish Wars, and American Pop Art. This playful and humorous approach invites viewers of all ages to observe and compare these creations with the original works.
