Employment Forum 2025

France Travail Golfe de Saint Tropez, the Mission Locale and Cap Emploi, and the Communauté de Communes have joined forces as part of the employment network to work together to meet the needs of recruiters and jobseekers. A single location and an organisation focused on ‘EMPLOYMENT’.

The Gulf of Saint Tropez is always affected by the seasonal nature of its economy, and this is part of our identity. However, we are receiving more and more offers of permanent jobs, and this year we wanted to highlight this by opening up the forum to a number of other sectors, such as the catering trade, the outdoor hotel industry, security, supermarkets, fast food outlets, etc.

We're expecting around 70 recruiters, and will be offering between 800 and 100 job vacancies at the forum and on the www.francetravail.fr website

. And as mentioned above, we'll be offering additional services and workshops to help you find a job. We will be offering

- A ‘different way of recruiting’ area, which will highlight potential detection, recruitment by simulation and immersive recruitment

- A ‘measures and adaptations to jobs’ kiosk

- ‘Training’ areas with our partner organisations in the Gulf of Saint Tropez

- An innovative services area with the escape game, the soft-skills factory, virtual reality.

The idea is also to get people thinking about employment, about the sectors that are recruiting & the possibilities for developing skills that break the mould.

Today's recruitment can be open-ended, without a CV, on the move or off-site, by simulation or immersive... We're doing things differently to arouse interest and make the changing work contexts clear. We reveal skills that can be transferred to occupations that jobseekers would never have thought of.
