8 hectares of vineyards, all within the Côtes de Provence Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée, an area ideal for producing the highest quality wine.
The grape varieties are 45% Syrah, 20% Grenache, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cinsault, and 10% Rolle.

* Domini Grande Réserve Rosé: a beautiful, pale, crystalline, and luminous pink color; this wine has a lovely balance and a pleasant freshness. Best enjoyed now and for the next year.
* Rosé Cuvée Epicure: a beautiful, crystal-clear, luminous pink color; an intense, luscious nose dominated by red berries such as wild strawberries and raspberries. The palate is full-bodied and displays magnificent aromatic intensity. Pleasant finish with lovely notes of red fruits. Enjoy now and for the next year.
* Domini Grande Réserve Red: a beautiful ruby color with some purple highlights. A powerful nose developing aromas of blackcurrant and blackberry. A toasty note adds a graceful aromatic complexity.
This wine has good structure with powerful tannins. A pleasant finish with notes of spices and fruit preserved in alcohol. Best enjoyed now and for the next 3–4 years.
* Cuvée Epicure Red: a beautiful ruby color; an intense initial nose of black fruits. There are also notes of cherry and spices. On the palate, it is full-bodied and structured, with an explosion of fruit; the finish is pleasant, with notes of spices and ripe fruit. Best enjoyed now and for the next 3–4 years.
* Domini Grande Réserve White: a beautiful yellow color with golden highlights; the nose is characterized by exotic fruits (pineapple) and toasty notes. The nose suggests a powerful wine. The palate is perfectly balanced with well-integrated oak and lovely fullness. Good length with toasty notes and dried fruit flavors, such as apricot. Enjoy now and for the next 3–4 years."
