Pascal Ranger, a leading figure in the hotel and restaurant industry and founder of more than a hundred Parisian cafés, was seduced by the estate's exceptional location, perched on the heights of Grimaud and offering enchanting views over the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. He entrusted the architect Arnaud Sequier with the transformation of the property.

Working alongside his wife Sylvie Ranger, who is responsible for the design and layout of the 18 rooms and various areas, the entrepreneur has created a unique setting that is an invitation to well-being, sophistication and escape. ‘With a gentle approach, we have harmonised styles, materials and nuances to fully respect the soul of the place’, explains this creator of worlds. This haven of serenity promises lovers of authenticity and refinement an unforgettable experience, enhanced by the instinctive, seasonal cuisine of Michelin-starred chef Christophe Chiavola.
