In the centre of Sainte-Maxime, a charming 70 m² semi-detached house in a very small co-ownership of three mazets, in a quiet location, on 1,400 m² of wooded land.
It comprises three bedrooms with double beds, two of which have private terraces, a kitchen and dining area opening onto the living room, two bathrooms and separate toilets.
There is a north-facing terrace with garden furniture and another south-facing terrace with a table, six chairs and an awning.
Parking spaces are reserved for residents in the private cul-de-sac.

You have access to a barbecue, a pétanque court, a ping-pong table, a 9 m by 4 m swimming pool accessible to all three houses, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a tumble dryer, a washing machine, a cot and a high chair for babies.

Everything you need is within easy reach without a car:
- a 5-minute walk from the shopping centre and town centre with its night market (entertainment guaranteed);
- a 10-minute walk from the beach with its bars and restaurants, as well as the port with shuttle buses to Saint-Tropez, Porquerolles, etc.
Sainte-Maxime is served by cycle paths that lead to Saint-Tropez, 8 km away, via Port-Grimaud, a lakeside town that is not to be missed.
