The vacation home is located in the Sémaphore area. In the morning, for the first coffee, the terrace is in the sun and remains so until the picturesque sunset at the end of the evening. A dining table with 8 place settings, deckchairs, parasols and lounge garden furniture can be found on the terrace. A heated swimming pool for cooling off invites you to relax.

The villa features an exceptionally spacious living-dining room with a working open fireplace and a large dining table overlooking the Bay of Saint-Tropez. A large system of sliding doors provides direct access to the spacious terrace, creating an immediate connection between indoors and outdoors. A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances invites you to cook. There's a large gas grill for barbecues on the terrace.

The villa has 4 double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, as well as 4 WCs, 1 separate, 3 each in the bathroom. There is 1 cot and 1 high chair available.

The villa is also equipped with air conditioning. Free WiFi access is available throughout the house. You can park your car safely directly in front of the house, in the property where there is sufficient parking space for several cars, secured by an electric gate.

A comfortable pavilion on the large terrace also offers plenty of seating with a magnificent view. It's a particular pleasure to escape the cold, damp climate of the northern regions in winter and enjoy the comfort of this cosy villa in the open air.
