Ground floor: Entrance hall, fitted and equipped kitchen opening onto the living/dining room, separate toilet, large master bedroom with dressing room.
First floor: Large landing, toilet, two large bedrooms with double beds, one with en-suite bathroom and balcony offering views of the hills, the other with shower room.
Basement: 1 large bedroom with double bed and a single sofa bed.
Superb fully landscaped outdoor area. Summer kitchen, spa and large swimming pool with pool house equipped with shower and WC.

This property includes a large swimming pool, a five-person jacuzzi, an outdoor kitchen, a landscaped garden and various leisure facilities (table tennis, table football, boules, etc.) to ensure a memorable stay.
The swimming pool is heated from April to October.
