It’s quite easy to get around Sainte-Maxime, with major stores located on the outskirts of town. You’ll find a Carrefour supermarket at the entrance to town for larger shopping trips, as well as a Carrefour Market near downtown.
Less than a kilometer away, on Avenue Georges-Pompidou, you’ll find a very convenient SPAR grocery store.
Just a few meters away is the Preconil pharmacy.
About a hundred meters away, still along the same stretch by the sea on Avenue de Lattre, you’ll find an excellent bakery and pastry shop, “Laveissière.”
Every Thursday morning, a farmers’ market is easily accessible in the town center. Every Monday and Friday morning, a small market is also held 800 meters from your accommodation, at the boules court on Avenue Jean-Mermoz. On Friday mornings, a general market is held at Place Jean-Mermoz in the city center. A very charming covered market is open daily in the heart of Sainte-Maxime’s pedestrian streets, featuring fishmongers, butchers, produce stands, and more.
