The hilltop villa enjoys a breathtaking view of the sea, the islands of Hyères and valleys wooded with evergreen oaks. A view that changes with every hour of the day, encouraging contemplation.
Built of local stone in a modern style and following the slope of the land, the house features a vast living room with fireplace, opening onto a lovely terrace overlooking the pool. The kitchen and toilet are on the same level, and a few steps lead up to the bedrooms. Two of these have en suite bathrooms (showers) and toilets. A bathroom (bath) and separate toilet complete the layout. The house sleeps eight, and two of the bedrooms can be used with a choice of twin or king-size beds.
The property is fenced and three cars can be parked easily. The house is also equipped with a TV and wifi.
Exterior:
The house is surrounded by terraces. Each room has its own, and others, depending on whether you're looking for shade or sun. Every moment of the day has its place on a terrace (breakfast, lunch, siesta, aperitif, ping pong and pétanque...).
Mediterranean plants adorn the terraced gardens, and an infinity pool overlooks the Rayol bay.
Beaches and shops are just down the coast, five minutes away by car or a quarter of an hour on foot. Walking, jogging and biking are all directly accessible from the house via the Route des Crêtes.

The villa sleeps 8 and is perfect for two families - or a large family looking for a beautiful place to stay.

It is possible to rent an independent annex: the studio, perfect for teenagers or a couple with children (one large bedroom with 4 single beds + independent bathroom and air conditioning).
