Replace items in their original places
Leave the bathrooms clean
Clean the hob, griddle, and refrigerators

Any damage or obvious lack of cleanliness resulting in additional repair costs will be deducted from the deposit.

In the event of loss of keys, badge, or breakage of a lock, the replacement costs will be the tenant's responsibility.
