→ The first bedroom, with its double bed and safe, opens, through an extremely convenient sliding door, onto a very large balcony/solarium terrace equipped with 6 loungers and 2 side tables. This space is sunny all day.
→ The second bedroom offers two single beds, which can be combined into one 160-size double bed, and a large closet.
→ The third bedroom, ideal for young guests, has bunk beds and large drawers.
→ The bathroom on the first floor and WC independent.
→ The bathroom on the ground floor completely renovated, with shower, cabinets, toilet, washing machine, and dryer to make your daily life easier.
PLEASE NOTE, for your nights and personal care: - Duvets or blankets are provided. - The provision of bed linen (sheets or duvet covers and pillowcases) is FREE. - The provision of towels is FREE.

. → The equipped kitchen: With 1 refrigerator and 1 separate freezer, ceramic cooktop. Three burners, a small electric oven combined with a microwave, a filter coffee maker, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a toaster. The dishwasher is new. You have all the equipment needed to prepare or reheat your meals easily.
Truly, the interior of the villa offers a pleasant living space.
And the exterior invites relaxation, as the house is located at 15, Allée de la Pinède, amidst greenery. Indeed, the villa offers an outdoor space that is unique compared to other houses in the Résidence des Restanques: it’s the 25 m² loggia (see photos). Very charming with its three arches, it is furnished with a 7-seat Eminza Calvi model lounge set with its table. The 35 m² terrace, running alongside the house and the loggia, is equipped with a garden table with 8 chairs, complemented by a plancha and a barbecue. This entire area is East-West facing – and there is a small private garden of 35 m² that we have landscaped entirely with high-quality artificial turf. And all of its spaces are exclusively reserved for you. The parking is located near the house and can be accessed either by stairs or via a gentle pathway.
You will enjoy staying there, IN COMPLETE SAFETY. Why? -
First of all, because the villa is located in a secure four-star residence: “les Restanques du Golfe de Saint-Tropez.” - We notify your arrival to the guardian who monitors the entrance day and night. Cameras assist in securing the premises. The license plate of your vehicle is read by camera, and the gate opens only for guests with a reservation. In addition, an access code restricts entry. The code is provided to you for the week(s) of your stay.
Here are the activity options:
On-site, there is an exceptional 1,600 m² water park featuring three POOLS, including a wave pool and a heated pool, slides, a paddling pool, and a jacuzzi. Access to the aquatic area is reserved exclusively for guests of the residence, with badge-controlled entry provided to each guest. Sports facilities: volleyball, tennis, children's playground, aquatic and land-based activities, and a huge 25-hectare park.
RECEPTION:
Managed rentals from private to private. You will be welcomed by the Grimaud Concierge, whose contact details will be provided 15 days before your arrival to organize your stay. This Concierge remains available during your stay. The end-of-stay cleaning is charged at 120 euros when you make your reservation. However, routine maintenance is expected, with the kitchen and bathrooms to be returned in a normal state of cleanliness. Attention!: A deposit for lack of regular upkeep will be required upon arrival: 100€. This deposit is refunded if you perform regular maintenance.
