Our garden flat, with the option of hiring a boat, will give you a unique experience in a unique location. You'll have the luxury of being able to set off by boat directly from the garden to wander the canals of the lakeside town day and night, go shopping in Saint-Tropez, have a coffee in Sainte-Maxime, go to the beach or fishing, or moor up peacefully in Port-Grimaud 1.
The pretty garden dock is divided into 2 areas, the first of which is a covered terrace with an electric awning, featuring a table and armchairs ideal for enjoying your aperitifs or meals in the shade.
The second area of the garden dock is the relaxation area with deckchairs in the garden. This lawn area is perfect for naps, reading a book or watching the boats go by on the canals of the lakeside city.
The best thing about this flat is that you can hire the boat at the end of the garden dock.
The flat comprises: a bedroom with a double bed, a large wardrobe with hanging space and a large mirror, a fully renovated shower room with walk-in shower, vanity unit and WC.
A beautiful south-east-facing living room with a magnificent view over the garden, the canals and the distinctive architecture of this little Provencal Venice.
