The flat offers 75 m² of living space and comprises a large living room (fully-equipped kitchen, living room and lounge) and two bedrooms.

On the upper floor, from the large terrace (25 m²) or balcony (10 m²), you can look out over the sea and enjoy uninterrupted views of the green neighbourhoods and surrounding hills.

There is a large closed garage in the basement of the residence, so you can live within walking distance (supermarket 5 minutes away, port, beaches and other shops 15 minutes away).
