Aeroyoga has a very positive emotional impact on both adults and children. It helps them learn to focus, become more aware of their bodies, channel their emotions, and build self-confidence. A gentle and meaningful activity to share as a family.

Through play, movement, aerial exploration and relaxation in the hammocks, aeroyoga helps strengthen the parent–child bond while developing confidence, motor skills and relaxation.
