la belle-iloise

Since 1932, this Quiberon-based company has been creating recipes featuring exceptional flavors from the sea, right here in Quiberon. Sardines, mackerel, albacore tuna—all available as flaked fish, spreads, fish soups, and new plant-based products made with Breton seaweed… Each of our recipes embodies precious French artisanal expertise and a spirit that blends high standards, creativity, and innovation.

That’s why our pretty, colorful tins offer something delicious to enjoy from lunch to dinner, including impromptu appetizers, and our beautiful gift sets—perfect for giving or sharing—are ideal for taking a taste of the sea wherever you go!
Enjoy a complimentary tasting at our retail store in Sainte-Maxime and immerse yourself in the delicious and welcoming world of La Belle-Iloise! You’ll also discover typical regional specialties… From sardines with tapenade or Nice olives to Herbes & Citron de Menton mackerel flakes, not to mention rockfish soup and the “On dirait le Sud” gift set, stock up on southern French recipes inspired by Provence and the Riviera!
