I'm passionate about harmonizing body and mind through movement!

I'm a state-qualified sports coach and certified Pilates instructor (mat and machine), member of the Fédération des Professionnels de la Méthode Pilates (FPMP). I'm also an Adapted Physical Activity Teacher (Sport sur ordonnance) and certified in the De Gasquet® Maternity Method (pre/post natal yoga).

At the Maison de Santé in Ramatuelle, in the physiotherapy practice, I can help you achieve your sporting and wellness goals, whatever your age, level or pain, and at all stages of life!
