Maison Ballarini is:
- An ice-cream maker who makes everything on the premises, using top-quality raw materials selected by our master ice-cream maker (for example, we use Alpine milk from an organic farm, and renowned flavours that are excellent for gourmets, such as Valhrona chocolate).
Here are a few flavours, but the list is long - the best thing is to come and taste them on the spot:
Crèmes Glacées: organic vanilla from Madagascar, IGP hazelnut from Piedmont, Valhrona chocolate, Sicilian pistachio (Bronté), Pecan nut, espresso coffee, Fior di Latte etc...
Sorbets made with 100% local fruit (strawberry, melon, raspberry, blackcurrant, apple, pear, fig, etc.) or from elsewhere (mango from Brazil, organic lemon from Sicily, blood orange, pineapple, coconut, etc.)

- A COOKIE HOUSE with dark, white or raspberry chocolate chips from Valhrona
- A renowned biscuit factory (Swiss meringue, tuiles, cookies, cakes, rose des sables) made with organic flour from the region
- A crêperie (savoury or sweet) & sweet waffles
-Tearoom : coffee, tea, hot chocolate
-Bar à jus (Smoothies, Milkshakes, Juices à l'extracteur)
