Stark Ball Massage

Your well-being is our mission,

Nadine Stark Chognon, a world-class massage therapist, provides unparalleled massage and wellness services.
2023 World Champion in sports massage.

Creator of Stark Ball Massage®: deep-tissue sports massage
What sets Stark Ball Massage apart is the use of soft balls placed under specific joints to stretch or relax a muscle during the massage, depending on their placement.

She offers “L’Intemporel,” her signature massage, as well as shiatsu, foot reflexology, and passive stretching: gentle muscle stretches and joint mobilization.

Massage has many positive effects: it relieves back pain, helps release tension, soothes, calms, alleviates pain, improves sleep, increases body awareness, promotes better energy flow, heightens emotional awareness, and helps build resilience to stress.

In the more specific case of energy-based approaches, it targets areas of tension to promote better balance. This, in turn, boosts resistance to illness. More than just a moment of relaxation, massage helps reduce stress, prevent illness, and improve your overall health.

When the body is well, the mind is better.
