For its third year, Manko Saint-Tropez, the iconic Peruvian restaurant, is now operated by the dynamic Hobo team.

Rue des Tisserands, just a stone's throw from the port, set in exposed stonework and greenery, combines authenticity and exoticism. On the menu: a selection of cebiches, tiradito and bao, as well as a wide range of Peruvian charcoal-grilled meats, fish for two and exceptional meats. And exotic desserts based around Peruvian cocoa.
