In the heart of the Ermitage Hotel, the TIGrr has found its summer home.

As for the cuisine, the menu plays the Asian score dear to the TIGRR; sushi, dim sums and spring rolls, enhanced by a few revisited local specialities, such as this sublime Thai bouillabaisse or the royal bream wrapped in banana leaves. The tuna skewers are jostled by a pinch of red curry, when the wolf is discovered Thai style.
