What if we were to replay Lawrence of Arabia at Indie Beach? To tackle this new era among the dunes, the young and windy beach of Pampelonne is adopting a "nomadic" spirit. Within its dashing wooden infrastructures decorated with lime in shades of grey, beige and brown, the dynamic and attentive staff will share a cuisine centred on tapas from the south of the Mediterranean served in hollowed out wooden plates, and also resolutely turned towards the grill with beautiful pieces in the meat and fish sections. A terrace and a beautiful bar area will be the occasion for a nice reunion.
