An original concept developed by Manuel Gastaldi, artisan butcher and head chef, to offer you a wide choice of fresh meats to take away, and in the evening, to delight your taste buds, a catering service to enjoy them on site.
All year round on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday between 11 am and 2 pm and between 5 pm and 10.30 pm. On Sunday between 11 am and 2 pm. Closed on Monday.
Our restaurant-boucherie combines tradition and excellence. We select the world's finest meats, matured to perfection, and sublimate them with Josper oven cooking. Homemade pastas and ice creams, as well as exceptional charcuterie, complete this unique experience.
