From 29/04 to 04/10/2026 on Tuesday and Friday between 9.30 am and 3 pm. On Wednesday, Thursday and weekends between 9.30 am and 3 pm and between 6 pm and 11 pm. Closed on Monday.
A gastronomic restaurant on the hill of the village of Gassin, overlooking the wine-growing areas of the Gassin and the Gulf of San Tropez. The elegant bourgeois and refined Hall of a Provençal rope and from the early days all meals have been served on the wide terrace with views of the Minuty vineyard and the sea.
