cÔcotte is your old-fashioned wood-fired rotisserie that offers you its French poultry and meat raised outdoors with an inimitable taste: free-range, organic and Bresse chickens, but also Italian sausages, pork hams, marinated spare ribs homemade BBQ sauce, suckling pig... all accompanied by homemade dishes by our chef based on fresh and high quality products.
Grenaille potatoes cooked over a wood fire, truffle mash, gratins, etc.
But still a wide range of snacks, homemade sandwiches with products from the rotisserie.
