Nestling in the high hills of the Maures, our micro-farm is based on traditional peasant farming principles:

We make the most of ancient chestnut groves, picking and sorting by hand, then drying the chestnuts over a wood fire for several weeks. The chestnuts are ground on the estate to produce our precious chestnut flour.

We keep laying hens, with the greatest respect for the environment, and offer organic eggs all year round.

Our olive oil is made from local varieties.

Recently, a flock of ewes has been helping to maintain our orchards, and plays a key role in fire-fighting.
