Since 1805, our family has been cultivating and thus protecting this valley, a unique biotope populated by a rich fauna: partridge, hare, shrew, Hermann's tortoise, fox, lizard... This natural area, a Classified Site since 1995, has recently become part of the Parc National de Port-Cros.

In the beginning, it was a self-sufficient farm, hunting and fishing, producing fruit, vegetables, cereals, olive oil and, of course, wine. Over the decades, wine has become the main crop. This heritage makes us fully aware of our role in preserving this ecosystem.

In partnership with a beekeeper, bees help to pollinate local species. Sheep, who come to graze in winter, maintain and fertilize the fields and forests. These actions promote biodiversity, and protect the local fauna from fire and the diversification of the scrubland. This in turn protects our crops from pests. Naturally, we produce according to the rules of organic farming.
