Domaine des Beaucas

Sainte-Maxime
Set in an exceptional location in the heart of the Provençal countryside, overlooking the Golfe de Saint-Tropez and the Mediterranean Sea, the family-owned Beaucas estate practices traditional, sustainable, and environmentally friendly viticulture.
A FAMILY STORY
Patrick and Encarnacion are the owners of the estate, which they acquired in 2001. As self-taught winemakers, the Roynette family—Patrick, Encarnacion, and their two sons, Thibaut and Guillaume—put their whole hearts into their work. For them, winemaking is much more than a profession—it is a passion.

TRADITIONAL AND ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY VINEYARD MANAGEMENT
Situated on hillsides with sandy-clay-schist soil, the Beaucas estate
enjoys exceptional climatic conditions. The sun reigns supreme here, and the sea breeze—thanks to the estate’s immediate proximity to the ocean—helps prevent heat waves in summer and excessively cold winters.

The vineyard consists exclusively of Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, and Mourvèdre for the rosés and reds, and Rolle and Sémillon for the whites; the entire production is classified as A.O.P. Côtes de Provence. The grapes are harvested by hand with careful selection of the clusters. The winery is equipped to optimize the best winemaking techniques (cooling of the harvest, pneumatic press, temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, etc.) under the expert guidance of an oenologist.

The family-owned estate is located at the foot of the Massif des Maures, between Sainte-Maxime and Le Plan de la Tour.
